Our single most important role is to use TECHNOLOGY to maximise the impact of messages being communicated.
Is this your first event, or are you a seasoned event organizer? Either way, we understand that managing events can be a daunting experience, especially when it comes to the more technical side of things. Rest assured – dB Audio Namibia has a solution for your technical communication needs.
What we DO...
| Technical Event Management |
We design, engineer, plan and execute the technical component of your event to the finest detail.
A dedicated Project Manager leads a project team to interpret your needs (both obvious and hidden) into technical and logistical terms. If required, this may include CAD designs, set construction, content production, script writing, show calling and backstage management. We could also liaise with other service providers such as venues, décor, MCs and artists, to help produce a seamless event. As the event organiser, you can focus on guest lists and media releases while we manage the technical side of your project – all the while being on the same page.
We support Technical Managers who provide detailed technical briefs.
We are proud to be the preferred Namibian partner for renowned technical companies around the world. Our Team’s experience of local conditions and resources allows us to suggest relevant modifications and alternatives to your plans in order to ensure exceptional results in line with your original objectives. We pride ourselves on our wide range of internationally accepted gear, backed up by support from partner networks across Southern Africa.
| Equipment Dry-Hire |
We hire out some of our equipment without technicians to operate it.
By definition, a dry-hire transaction involves the client collecting, operating and returning the gear to us. By prior arrangement, we can deliver and set-up the equipment for you. This service is targeted towards event planners, corporate clients, technical companies, venues, schools and churches who have the know-how to set up and operate by themselves.
