To be globally recognised for our leadership role in the technical events industry in Namibia.
We achieve this through continuously improving on our service levels - exceeding the expectations of our clients and audiences in Namibia.
When clients use dB AUDIO, they choose peace of mind. Our single most important role is to maximise messages being communicated by orchestrating lighting effects, optimum sound reproduction and enhanced staging to produce memorable experiences.
We believe in quality products, professional service and excellence in everything we do. Our corporate identity is embedded in our knowledge of industry requirements, our ability to anticipate needs and our capacity to respond to its demands.
For dB AUDIO to remain relevant, we:
INVEST in our local industry by using only the best equipment
CREATE employment and ensure the growth and development of our people
SET THE BAR for Health and Safety standards in our industry.
Our values are the compass that
guides our code of conduct on a daily basis.
HEALTH & SAFETY“Dealing with larger stages, taller structures and heavier equipment requires expertise to construct safely. Correct rigging and safety is crucial to ensure the safety of technical crew and audiences alike,” David Benade, dB AUDIO.
dB AUDIO subscribes to the highest standards of health and safety in the industry and through its affiliates, strives to maintain them. All crew members have obtained a Level 1 Health and Safety Certification from the Namibian Centre for Occupational Training (NACOT). We are members of the Technical Production Services Association (TPSA), an association that provides its members with resources and access to information to instil and maintain international standards of ethics and safety within the live events industry.
Keeping the future development and growth of dB AUDIO in mind, we will keep spearheading the development of a health and safety protocol for the Namibian industry. We believe that this will allow us access to a greater scope of projects.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the invitation to train in Namibia. Legislation does not yet prescribe safety standards for the Namibian entertainment industry, so it is commendable that key local role players have taken the initiative to equip themselves,” says Peter Rodda, an APSIS-accredited instructor from Height Wise from Johannesburg.
dBAUDIO believes in the continuous growth and development of both its staff and the industry in Namibia. Together with various partners, we offer regular workshops in the fields of rigging, trussing, fall arrest, sound engineering, event lighting and audio visual projection.
MEN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD
This organisation focuses on the unemployment problem in Namibia. dB AUDIO provides part time work to its members when additional labour is required. When we use Men On The Side Of The Road, correct safety standards are always maintained. Whilst attached to dB AUDIO, we assist Men On The Side Of The Road in their personal and professional growth.

CLaSH
Sound for the deaf... we found it fitting that a sound company could make a difference to those who cannot hear. There is a committed relationship between CLaSH, the Association for Children with Language, Speech and Hearing Impairments of Namibia, and dB AUDIO. In 2009, we provided a powerful sound system for a Music Therapy Class. We were touched that so little can provide so much joy... As a result, we have committed to working even closer with them in stronger support of what they do.
Men On The Side Of The Road and CLaSH are the Corporate Social Investment initiatives that dB AUDIO feel close to and support continuously. While we contribute to other causes and participate in charitable events, these are the causes that constitute our giving back to Namibian society.
